Hello and Welcome.
My name is Pauline I am married and have two teenage boys. I live in the Blue Mountains Sydney NSW.
Our eldest was diagnosed with Autism in 2005, just after the birth of our second child. I was doing everything for the house, our family and my son. Therapy and Dr appointments were getting to me. I had stopped full time work in the city, to be a stay at home mum, but this was consuming my life. I needed an outlet and something I could do from home and in between appointments.
I was shown the catalogue by a close friend (who at the time was a consultant for a different craft company). She said to me, 'No don't join my team, there is a new company and has just started in Australia. Join it and I will be your forever customer'
I said, 'ok well let me look at it first and then I can decide'
She popped over with the catty and as I loving touched the pages, I loved everything I was seeing. I was so excited, I rang the number on the back and said to Natasha, 'I want to join'.
I drove to her house and signed up that day! September/October 2007 I joined Stampin' Up! Ⓡ.
It has been amazing and still a passion, I enjoy sharing and showing people how to be creative. Its not hard when everything goes together, and ideas are in the catalogue to copy.
I have found it to be so easy to fit into my life, my son would and still does ask for my assistance in his everyday life and I am able to stop, help him, and pick back up my craft.
